I am so happy, I started training with Tom. I have been training twice a week for 7 months. He challenges me, he is supportive and makes working out fun. He is intuitive, concerned and cares. I’ve lowered my body fat from 30% to 21%, and have reached my goal weight. I had never tried kickboxing due to shoulder injuries, but it has actually strengthened my shoulder. One additional benefit is I also have learned how to defend myself. Training with him has improved my endurance, physical and mental strength.
